So I just got off the phone with Kari and she's not a happy camper. Instead of going to court today they took her to the Central Intake to be evaluated and postponed the court date until next week. If they throw her into a program they last 6 months to a year and you sit in jail until they have a bed avalible. She says 2 girls locked up with her have been waiting over 2 months for an opening. She would rather go ahead and do some more time (if it's not to long) and come out free and clear. A program is not going to change any thing at this time and I know she can't do probation so we'll see next week.
