Saw Brooke's ads a few weeks ago, didn't put 2 & 2 together that I'd met her out in Brooklyn Park. And not a rule, but after looking at a lot of ads, you get a sense of how real people use emojis in their ads and how fake ads use emojis.

Also, if the location is "text me: (phone number)" or "email me: (email address)", that's even sketchier than having no location listed.
