I am not here all day every day the info on statistics is available (google) from the "CDC hiv stats" the latest is from 2010 and "state of ohio hiv stats" latest published 2013. There are many reports you or anyone can search. I do not have the time to find, copy, and attach right now, but wanted to reply.

I have two legal questions which pertain to Ohio.

I have a provider in my car and she is in possession of drugs, can my car be confiscated if we're stopped and searched?

Can my car be confiscated if I am arrested for mongering?

First of all, he comes across as either a fraud just here to stir shit or a bona fide lunatic that you want to keep track of. Take note at the history of his posts, They really are not reviews. They are mostly add on comments to another person's report. I don't see much evidence of him discovering anyone new or revealing any useful intelligence. It is mostly outlandish without even being well-crafted. It is meant to be inflammatory. Second, and I find this peculiar, he is both a masochist and a misogynist. If he is real, he is dangerous, as in Ted Bundy dangerous, a man who both fears and is revolted by women is one that will eventually escalate to abusing women and stalking their gentlemen callers. I would want him to be on my radar if I were still active.

Lastly, if he is actually seeing providers, all he is really doing in his posts is getting on the classier provider's DNS. Look, if he is for real, chances are if you are horrified by his claims of weird and risky behavior, you aren't hobbying in the the same circles.

Beyond that, I hope he names names and clearly states his activities. Sometimes the devil you know is better than the one you don't.

Remember. They can do ANYTHING. You can always appeal and in most cases win. But by then the damage to you is done.

I didn't say he was like Ted Bundy for the weird and risky behaviors, although Dr. Alan Carlisle's profile of Bundy did include very similar activities and fantasies, but more important is the persona he presents--again if true and this is not the hoax of a troll.

Key to Bundy's escalation, according to Carlisle was his delight in being a [B]social chameleon[/B]. He loved the duplicity as much as the violence it ultimately culminated in.

Bundy shared that exact combination of an underlying drive for why he escalated as he did. Again, the key word is escalation. I mean he has already posted previously that he wanted to set a trap for a couple of providers and implied he intended harm because he felt "slighted" by them or their pimps etc.

My first inclination is to believe he is just an asshole trying to get a rise out of people. However, if he truly believes some of the things he describes and seems to fantasize about, a dose of caution is justified.

Our hobby is not without risk, although some of the thrill and satisfaction is in dodging the perils it would be nice to get the little gentleman serviced without being arrested and losing my car. I will act accordingly.
