Look at it like this, a server is like hiring a temporary maid/butler. If you dont like the service, fire him/her, report him/her to management, complain directly to her. But you still should tip. If it were Aussie or Japan, where the servers make fair wages it would be different.

Its different when with a working girl where tips would just change the type or level of service...

First off, let me put this up front, I will only give info via PM as I don't want a situation like me and my man "K" had happen to one of the few jewels, so don't expect that here.
