I went to the same AMP twice a week for three years. She told me she is paid $30 for the massage and keeps all the tips. She gave me a bad experience last time so I tried a few new places in the last two weeks. The AMP girls at each place told me they were all paid differently including one who admitted she only got the tips and nothing else including no minimum wage.
My regular AMP was fairly young, good looking and gave amazing extras to me after I got to know her and showered her with big tips. I miss her.

So if you've been avoiding it due to they jackyl like upselling of some of the broads rolling through there, might be worth a visit if looking for just a plain old rubber.

I know that Good Girl is gone now.
Unfortunately that's how it always goes. When they start to feel the heat they back off. When a girl's name is published too much she's gone, banished into the AMP girl badlands. They pop up in a town far far away and greed usually exposes him too the new town. Then it's move around again and again. If they're lucky the owner has a couple of different spas a town or two away and they can make a name for themselves again. Like Good Girl.
If you noticed, the legit girls seem to stay at spas longer. They have to get legit clients who really actually appreciate their services as legit massage therapists. Haven't seen any reviews for her in Milwaukee, but I have seen her reviewed on Madison. Only a limited number of weeks to see her before she takes her "leave" LOL. Just thought I would give it a try because it's something new. Not sure if the pics are her, but if you google the email that she lists on the ad you will find pictures of her. She is a very pretty masseuse. As people have said in other reviews, the email only correspondence gets tedious but she has reason to be cautious.
She provides an outcall massage and you can tell that she is very skilled with her hands, even if she is a little less maneuverable with her current situation. YMMV with the ending, she seems to have a menu but FS isn't on it.
Like I said, there were hoops to jump through with all of the emailing, but I found it well worth it.

I was looking for the same but came back disappointed.
If you find an AMP providers that would stick a finger in there, basically they violate you! No prostate massage, just putting a finger in. Sometimes it is very nice and helps with the ending, sometimes not so much. At least for me.
Interesting that I found the SS places, are more apt to do that (go figure).
Sonny (if she is still there) at 144th and Capitol would be one that would do that if you asked. A few others in the past, but most are gone now.
Someone had mentioned the AMP in Watertown would do that, but I never took the drive or got confirmation.
If they put their finger around the opening, just tell them yeah and sometimes they will go at it. Other times, if there finger is close, I put my hand on theirs and push down, so telling them more.
Again, I have never gotten a massage though, just a finger up the ass.
Someone mentioned that Kendall would probably do that, and I agree. I have seen her once, but did not think to ask about that. She is very open and just tell her what you want.

Anybody have an idea if Becky the massage girl is still around I saw some links but they are all a year or 2 old. If you remember she was an older MILF type started out in south Milwaukee and then a motel on 27th in oak creek for awhile any help would be appreciated thanks.
Was getting off a late shift and thought I'd get a massage. My expectations are very low for WI parlors, and if all it turns out to be is a good or better quality massage than so be it.

Still wanting a massage and a massage only I went to Sakura and while massage was good and MT knew her muscles the quality of the facilities will keep me from returning. I used the folded up towel to remake the face cradle towel as the one on the massage table was very crusty and stiff (probably never changed). After thinking about it, I sure hope they have better hygienic care for the hot stones they use. Sakura is open to 10 and I was able to get in at 9:15 and was back at my car about 10:20. The value is good, I think 60 at the door and 20 for the tip. The MT didn't speak very much english but atleast I didn't get the one that laughs ever 60 seconds, however, she was in the room next door and made for a distracting experience.

Kind of a far drive and I'm not into it. Took two times prior. They will do that but won't give you a HE.
I was headed to a good bakery that I remembered in Brookfield, and I turned into the wrong strip mall. There was QIN massage, and my back demanded I go in after my two hour drive. I am an out-of-towner, so I think that is on Greenfield? The bakery was a block further on the other side. There was a massage parlor next to it too.
There was only one girl (May?) at Qin, so there were interruptions. The massage was great, borderline therapeutic. The therapist was young, beautiful and sweet. And very talented. No extras were offered or requested. But a legit massage place a block from a good bakery. A little slice of heaven.
