Had a chance to be serviced over the weekend by Jay and I gotta say that this one needs to be placed in the mental "Rolodex". Lots of DFK and BBBJ to start off but let me not forget the light massage that was done reasonably well. Went to mish with the cover on - and lots of DFK - but I am pretty sure she would have done BBFS upon request. Ended with HJ on top.

Maybe she came down with something bad during the holidays.

Just so everyone knows, waiters and waitresses all receive significantly lower wages... It is below minimum wage because the government allows the employer to do this as it sees tips as income, and expects 8% of food sales toward a server to be reported as tips.
My take, if the food is burnt, it is the kitchen's fault. I don't penalize the server, I tip properly, but I just don't go back to the establishment. Even if it is poor service, sometimes it is beyond the server's control, and they are really trying. The only time I tip badly or not at all is if the server's attitude is overwhelmingly and consciously poor...
Be kind guys, be a little more understanding with these hard working servers if they are really trying, but things are beyond their control...
