Seeing that she is eager to get a ride from you I think she might have a thing, may be slight, for you which may help. Part of this would depend on if and how you interact with her during the rides and at other times to know what may be acceptable talk. You could start with complimenting her looks or mentioning how it would be nice to find a lady like her to interact with. It may also break the ice a bit more to ask her more about herself and see if she is willing to share with you and if she opens up you can usually tell how acceptable to ideas she will be by how much personal information she shares. How did she react when you told her you were going to have to start charging her? Maybe the next time you see her you should ask if she has money for a ride. You might mention the you have a "friend" in a similar situation that trades favors with a girl he "helps out" and see what her reaction is. What I did in a similar situation was hire her to do housework. Ask if she would do some basic housework at your place.
