Thanks.[/QUOTE]That's all I've ever used. I get a vanilla mastercard or visa with either "a gift for you" or "gift card recipient" on the front of the card. Usually find them at walgreens. Go to the website on the back of the card and register a zipcode. When I go to enter info on SA my First name is either"a gift for" or "gift card" last name is either "you" or "recipient". The address I use is actually a gas station a few blocks away. Hope this helps.

My response is some variation of "support is only provided in person". 9 times out of 10 the conversation dries up, or an offer to sell pics / vids / Premium SC follows.
