Note these are guesswork at best, since I've only had brief passing encounters with SBs that say this on their site.

1. Some of these girls are taking a very cautious approach, and the platonic nonsense is mostly a CYA move in case someone they know sees their profile online. It's well known that there have been many an escort throughout history who claimed all her clients just want "companionship, dinner date etc.", and while some of them might have been using that as an excuse to escape a creeper or someone they just couldn't stomach having sex with, the bottom line is that they probably fucked most of their dates.
