Venom's cabana has a $25 entry fee but no cameras, completely private, and you're free to do whatever's clever. No entry fee at the boats CR but a little less private, but you can still pretry much do it all as long as you don't mind bouncers and waitresses coming in and out.

But here's the kicker. Never never NEVER give money up front. Negotiate with your entertainer what's on the menu and price per song if you're going to go that route and then pay her AFTER. I usually get a block of time instead of per song, that way she can't say she did 5 songs when she only did 4. And if she goes an extra mile or two, give her a tip. Good business and believe me they remember and will give you dibs. And always play safe.
