LOL, yeah the place on chapel seems to be shared with a lot of people. She's a absolute mess and despite being so tempting with such a low donation, its a waste of time. After my review a anonymous friend decided to give her a punt as well. She goes radio silent often once you get there. He waited for 30 minutes for her and she never showed up. IMHO you'are better off paying a little more and actually getting some action.
Thanks for the heads up, I mainly post my bad experiences to help other mongers stay safe. That is what this place is meant for after all. I have found the odd gem here and there and have two ladies I see regularly at the moment for a benjamin each a date and anything goes. But they are both UTR and don't want to share their info. I have asked before. They have real jobs and are only doing this on the side for fun and cash and only have 2 or 3 people they see regularly. But every now and again I want to try something new. And when it back fires I will post on here LOL. Lucky to have not been shot or mugged yet LOL.

It has been dead for me out here on the loop in FH so I said let me see what I could find on a Friday night around 9/915 ish. There was one so out down by the gas station before the bridge that was not appealing. I drove around for about 30 mins before I saw a jaw on the corner covering from the rain. I passed her trying to get a good look but could not really see if I would be interested but at first glance she looked pretty thick in the ass and small in chest. Drove around and she was gone. So, then I was driving up one of the side streets and needed to kiss and pulled over and then about 4 people walk out from behind a house on the corner. 1 of them was Poca I asked if she was working but she said something non coherent and was typing in her flip and got into a car on Ferry. After a while I see her walking up the street with some dude and was thinking I could scoop her then but she was ignoring all cars and walking up the hill. Then I see the HSW again and decided to TOFTT.
Name is Glenda and if I am not mistaken I met my first HSW in NH about 6 yrs ago by the same name. Was not sure if it was her or not but she was definitely worth it. Told how much I had an and she was cool with the usual so I go and park in a spot. Very good at what she does. Was into it and taking it deep. I'm about average. Don't want you big guys to think she will swallow you whole then get upset if she can't. Decent looking, def drug usage, but still has meet on her bones. Face is about a 4 in my opinion but the ass is soft from what I could gather from roaming. As usual YMMV.
Says she is from West Haven. Got digits but I will see if they are legit Monday night after work since I pass West Haven to get home. Will update and see if she offers incall and see if it is okay to share the digits.

Katie is a tall skinny WSW in her mid 20's. She's ususally dressed nicer than the other girls out there. She's all leg. She's good when she's not being crazy, but can bring a little drama sometimes especially if she is "sick". In general, she's fun and reliable. She's probably been out there on and off for 4 or 5 years. In my experience, she's more often around in the daytime or early morning. I've never asked for a number, but she's never offered it either. I know sometimes she doesn't have a phone as I've heard her complain about it.
I also remember Glenda from a while back, but haven't seen her since she's been back.

She was going at for a good 10 mins and I left this part out. I felt bad because the service was very good so I thought I could give her an extra 10. Her ass is fat and to me it was really soft. Has anyone of you have full service with her? I was thinking about getting a short stay next week possibly and see how she is behind closed doors with a bed. Ran into Magy with the black hair and on the short side, at gas station on ferry. I remember her from years ago. The drug use and street life really has taken a toll on her. I still gave her a shot, the small head took over. We agreed on a good price for a BBBJ and FS and of course once we get to the location she upsells me for five more dollars. I advise you do more research on this website to understand how to monger properly.

I myself got ripped off the first couple of times out, because I didn't have a clue what I was doing. Make sure you know all the precautions against theft and LEO before worrying about finding someone.
Some general pointers (if memory serves there's a guide in the FAQ too):
If it seems too good to be true, it is.
Never deal with "managers".
Don't trust. It's better to be paranoid. Desperation will make even the nicest SW a thief when they see an opportunity. Never give anything in advance of what you're getting other than immediately before.
I would personally recommend avoiding groups like you described. In my experience anyone working is alone anyway, or on rare occasion with one other person.
Awesome as it sounds, I'd also caution against picking up two at once, at least until you're very experienced and can control all the variables.
Never bring anything you don't need, and secure everything else but what you're going to be giving. Don't rely on hiding valuables, a thief knows all the places to look and how to distract you from what they're actually doing.
Know where you're going in advance, and ideally have a backup or two. I generally avoid going where the SW wants to, and especially steer clear of their place or any other spot you might be walking into a trap or falling for some other scam. If you're going somewhere outside your car always leave second or at the same time. Sometimes going to their place works out, and it might be worth considering with a regular or one who's been well vetted on here, but in general the golden rule is to stay in control of the situation as much as possible.
Always make sure your car is in good condition and that you're obeying all traffic laws. Getting pulled over isn't good in general, anyway.
Unless you particularly enjoy the thrill of the search, try to get digits, as it's the cost of the street with the convenience of the higher class meetings. In my experience they tend not to work for long (most can't afford a steady phone number) or at all, but some will last quite a while and even very temporary ones are good to have at least as a backup in case there's nothing good out.
Don't approach anyone unless she gives you "the look". You'll recognize this in time, but to start at the very least she's looking at cars and making eye contact. There are occasions when someone else does that, but again with experience you'll learn to distinguish those. Most people like that won't come up when you pull over, though.
Don't be obvious. Don't honk your horn, whistle, etc. There's only one person who's attention you want. On the flip side, if a SW is being obvious, calling and whistling and all that, you may want to pass, both because you don't want to draw attention to yourself and because her indiscretion may be a sign of other issues. (That's my personal stance, some reviewers here probably differ.).
And though most of us fail at this sometimes, try to listen to the big head instead of the small one. The vast majority of ill consequences from this hobby come from listening to the small head.
As far as your actual question, you can see from various posts in each forum here where to look. When can be any time, it's really a matter of luck. There are often reliable times and dry spells, but these come and go as well, likely down to the preferred times of the SWs that are active. Some times may be better for other considerations: late at night may be preferable for less traffic, less visibility (for better or worse), and ease of figuring out who's a SW, but they're more likely to be out when there's people to find them, so plenty are active in the day and not when there's hardly anyone on the road. You may want to avoid the afternoon like when schools are getting out, because though some SWs can be found, they may blend in with moms waiting to pick up their kids. And if there are red and blue lights everywhere you turn, it might be a bad day for it.

Many departments now have license plate scanners. If you pass a cruiser, or what might be an unmarked cruiser, don't keep doing loops. Leave and try a different day. Even if your car is perfect and you haven't broken any laws, it is perfectly legal for an officer to stop a motorist who seems "lost" and offer "assistance", and they will in a high crime area if you're from out town and seem out of place. After all, they're only looking out for your safety. Having a plausible reason for being there prepared in advance will go a long way in your favor.
If you should be stopped with a SW in the car, know that there's a decent chance she's known to the PD. Right off the bat, you're probably going to be separated and asked similar questions. If your stories don't match, just being in her company can cause you a serious headache.
Since many SW are also users, there's another risk if you're stopped, a possession charge. There's a chance if you're stopped she may ditch drugs or paraphernalia in your car. If the PD pulls both of you out of the car and searches it, and she denies it's hers, you may be charged with possession as the owner of the vehicle.
Those who like to visit certain areas from out of town should read this. I wasn't aware of the stationary versions of plate scanners until I read this.
