I frequent this board daily but rarely post by choice. I commute between Memphis and Nashville daily with most of my time spent in Memphis. There are always 1-2 thick SW's on the corner of DP and Dellway at the bus stop. Yesterday, day I observed a mini van with a mounted camera on top driving on the street across from where the bus stop is. LE was parked near. There is a vacant lot there that some one could easily go unnoticed in. Strange thing is one of the SW's is a red head. I thought I saw a red head driving the minivan. Could be a sting.

I thought it may be something like a google street view thing but, I have saw those before and they were maked google image vehicle or something.
