Neither are allowed here and while the law calls them the same I see a difference, chicks belong to Pimps, they have to do what they say, they have no choice in who they fuck and the money isn't theirs. Pimps keep women in thrall either trough love cons or violence or both. Promoters on the other hand are commissioned salesmen. Chicks use them to help them get more business and pay them a fee or percent for referrals. Agencies are also different, chicks use them in order to take care of administrative details and they have some kind of agreement regarding revenue.
