I would say this is like any other service one would negotiate. If you don't like the value in what you paid for you can take your business elsewhere.

As for top of the line services with everything included at these places, I would expect to pay a minimum of $2 for the hour, which includes the house portion. As you are well aware, when the supply is low and demand Is high you can charge whatever the market will support. I know FS is available and if you're getting FS, then it's understandable for her to ask more next time and that may be coming with a promise.

No FS. First visit was standard with top open roaming and .6 tip.

I've heard stories of CBJ, thought .8 may yield, but received same service and prompt for more next time.

Worth noting that I didn't specifically ask for any services.

Maybe I'm misreading her, but sure felt like just a push for more $...

If you have been a few times then you are a regular and as such you should have a standing menu with set prices and you should stick to them UNLESS the service was exceptional. You should be paying for performance and not out of pressure.

Tell her that you will tip more but you want more. Also, if you want FS then you need to bring protection because she may not have any.

So many of you fellow mongers have written nice things about the AMP in downtown Salem that I thought I was being too critical. Maybe I should try it again. I went yesterday afternoon and was met in the lobby by a drop dead gorgeous YOUNG asian girl. "I have hit the jackpot," I thought. Unfortunately, she said they didn't have anything available for the next two hours and asked me to come back then. I couldn't. The thought of the girl there had my hormones raging and I thought I would give Oriental Massage another chance. I have had dozens of HE and good experiences there, but the last visit was just terrible. What's the old expression, "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." It was the worst AMP experience I have ever had. The massage was half-hearted at best. There was no flip at all. And certainly no HE. Well, if you're ever tempted by your memory of great service at the Oriental Massage in the past, those days are over. Ugh!

I take back every negative thing I ever said about Relax or about the Koreans. It was my good fortune to get CeCe this afternoon. Things were slow and my hour went well past the time it should have taken. CeCe hit a home run on the massage, then gave me a world-class demonstration of a body rub, followed by a slow relaxed HE. Wow. The place was still not busy and I had a long, lingering hot table shower before going back out into the cold. Without reservation, this was my best-ever AMP experience except for the lack of FS. Maybe next time?

But that's OK as long as CeCe is there.

What ever happened to the spa next to the asian market?

Used to see it advertised but no more, not that they were attractive but the rates were reasonable and the massage was quite good.

After I noticed it for the third day their number was still posted on CL so I called it couple times 2 hours apart and then again the next day. It would go straight to message without ringing like the phone is powered off or our of service area. At this point I am thinking maybe they have closed up for good, but they maybe just taking vacation!
