The place by 7-11? Only been once, older mama-san that checked me in was also the one to massage me. Service was tepid, she kept giggling about how cold it was and taking me out of the mood, didn't let hands roam, didn't speak enough English or understand sign language enough to negotiate for more than a handie. This was a couple years ago so might have changed but I'm not going back to find out.
