I got a call from a detective that I assume had gotten my number from service phone records. He wanted information from me to help build a case. He made suggestions that I would probably prefer to just speak to him about it instead of being questioned about it at my home or at my work place. I wasn't married, and am self-employed, and told him I really had nothing to say about it, and didn't hear from him again. It upset me at first until I sat back and thought about it. I can see how somebody in a more sensitive position could get caught up in the detectives sleazy tactics.

The best policy is always to not have anything to say, as even statements made proclaiming innocence can be misquoted at a later time by a less than honest detective trying to make a case, even a misdemeanor case. I've found that cops can have much less integrity than my dick.

It was a great service, I hated to see them close up.

The real meat and potatoes of the the operation was using a confidential informant (escort gone straight under penalty of jail) who attracted dates through those websites. The guys show up and just like you see on TV, the police roll in after "sex for money" is discussed. Now, you can cite chapter and verse of 1st Amendment rights but in those cases they usually have you dead to rights.

The important takeaway to all this is be careful who you exchange information with. OFC partially was successful because LE established a web presence and used it to extract background information as well as plant the seeds for the inevitable sting.

Yes the man can take us in right now for questioning, but thats all he can do. The man cannot bust us for saying we did it with Stinky Sally or Asswipe Audrey. Anyone can be busted for solicitation regardless of whether we posted a review.

Took advantage of an email special with U.P. today, and WOW! If you read all the reviews on the esc site, they are right on. Emma is incredible. The pic on her site is very 'calm' so to speak. Sure they might be able to track by public IP of the posting, but even though it could be anyone from that location. nothing in these is a signed or verified encryption method to say that this person definitely entered in the text. That being said, I'm sure our Uncle would claim to be able to use it (they love to lie/intimidate), to get you to admit to things verbally. That is where they get you. They will badger you and threaten and if you say yes I entered that post or yes that happened, then it could probably be used. but the text in of itself would not stand up. The video also stated not to lie either. Take your rights literally and keep your ******* mouth shut. Unfortunately most people can't do that. They eventually have to give excuses or try to come up with a lie. If someone did get in trouble for stuff on one of these sites its probably because the gave it validity by verbally admitting to it.

I'm not an expert on what happens during the bust, but I imagine if you never said anything specifically about the money and what its for, they probably couldn't get it to stick. They CAN however take you in. I would also say that your name probably would end up in the paper as well. They can take you in for "probable cause". That's all they need. I used to have someone that worked for our uncle and he straight up told me that he could take anyone in under that reason. They just have to justify later on what the cause was and could get an a** chewing if it wasn't good enough or if they can't get something to stick, or if its someone with ties with higher ups in the political ring.

All that being said I still wouldn't throw to much personal information, since they review these probably daily and could probably use it to have more to intimidate you with.
