Like many other posts I've read I'll say the typical words that I am a 'long' time lurker first time poster. I've used this site for years but kept to myself until now. What I experienced this weekend is deserving of taking the time to write a post / report and maybe get some 'constructive' feedback without any flaming if I was wrong or well within my rights of what happened.

I'm also not sure what is fully appropriate for content disclosure so I'll be vague with some details, but should be enough to search or comprehend what / who is being talked about. If not, just let me know what is appropriate and I'll elaborate where needed.

Now, I've done agency incall before, LTLV, AP, and a few others I'm not sure what their name is but were agencies. Most incall appts (not all, but most) are ran by some sort of agency.

Her posts have been around for years, same girl same number, but no major items that she was even tied to an agency. She's a hot Asian that goes by Charlie. Number usually ends in 2306 with a 480 area code. Posts all over the place, AL, AS, Mojo, CityX, and many others. Shows up under the typical sites that collect these things like eindex, and other places. Shouldn't be hard to find for those that have been around a while.

Some background about me. Ex-military, been in multiple wars and been out for many years. I'm active, travel a lot internationally, not a typical person that falls victim to scams or puts myself in situations that I don't see a way out of. I play life like chess and always think ahead multiple moves and counter moves. Never walk into a bar / strip club / brothel / sex house / AMP /(insert-any-name-here) with any more money they your willing to spend and always leave your CC's out of the equation. All my interactions are always flat fees or known range of fees.

NOW, the start of the fun stuff.

Seen her posts for a while and wanted to partake. I've typically do incall / AMPs / etc. She's only does outcall. Couldn't find any major reviews (ter, etc). Took the chance (toftt?) with Charlie. Set it up accordingly. $$. 50 for the hour babe. NO where in any of the text / phone calls was there any mention of Agency or Agency style fees or extra fees. I would have been prepared otherwise and declined any visit. I also didn't notice any voice differences between the person on the phone or the girl arriving at the door.

She showed up on time. I will say she looks like her photos. She was HOT. Filipina (born in USA). Right up my alley for LBFM's. She was nice, friendly, etc. First red flag was she made an almost under her breath 'check in' type comment as she picked up her cell phone (didn't catch exactly what she said as she said it quietly). Didn't think too much about it as I figured it was a safety thing with her. Asked for the money up front. I didn't have a problem with that as I've done it upfront / after before. Then all of a sudden she goes into that more money needed. I stop her mid-sentence and tell her we have a problem then. NO where was I informed she worked for an agency or any extra frees where going to be required (I assumed she was with an agency now). After a little back and forth (where I don't budge) she get's the 'agency' on speaker phone. The typical you can use a CC, electronic payment, go to the atm, etc,. Thing to get more money. I'm steadfast no more money, flat fee or she gives the money back and leaves. They offer another girl to cover the arrange fee. Sent me a photo, she was decent looking and I'm like. OK (still need services). Mood was ruined with Charlie anyways. Then they are like she'll be there in 20 minutes. They hang up, Charlie starts to gather her things and (I picked up on it quickly) I asked where / what she was doing. Obviously the whole mood / air / etc turned very sour very quickly at this point with me. She said she was going to leave. I told her one of two things was going to happen, she was going to stay and wait for the other girl to show up or she was going to give the money back and leave. No money was leaving without services rendered or money returned, period.

(More background I would never touch anyone to restrain or anything otherwise, unless they initiated the physical contact first. There is a very fine line legally what can or cannot be done).

The next few moments get intense and ramp up quickly.

She gets the agency on the speakerphone again and I cut them short that there was no other options, period money stays without services rendered. NOW, they start strong arming me (over the phone really? Please. They also deploy distraction tactics and call my phone and talk to me directly to distract me from her (both on my phone and on the speaker phone) and also start explaining that I can't keep her there against her will. I agree and said she's free to leave after giving me my money back. They try and explain that wasn't going to happen and I then brought up the point that they were stealing my money now. They 'tried' to also say that it was a 'show up fee' and I said no it wasn't, it was never communicated that it was a show up fee and it was a flat fee for the hour. So, they were attempting to steal my money without services rendered (pay attention here, this is the wording I always used, even during initial text communications, never anything explicit and only 'service', if ever typed, talked, etc). During this short time of this current call (s) they now start moving to saying everything was recorded and I asked for illegal things (I'm still not phased or budging here on my stance). She hadn't moved toward the door yet and actually went away from the door a little. Right after they say these things, I hear her speaker phone 'Jasmine, you need to leave' and she makes a move to turn towards the door. I quickly tell her that I would implore you to return my money back before you attempt to leave as I would consider it robbery and will call the police.

Intensity.

I'm a big guy compared to a 100-115 lbs Filipina. The sheer physical size difference is enough to be intimidating (but I'm a teddy bear really. They don't know that).

She was not going to return the money so I quickly step to the dresser where I pull a holstered gun (unchambered) and held it at my side (straight down my leg to the ground) and politely say that it is a shame that your agency would put you in this situation and I would appreciate the return of the money that was suppose to be for services rendered and otherwise not steal my money. (Remember they are recording this) Yes, I was very detailed and calm and specific in my wording.

I should now bring up the fact I had been recording everything from the moment she pulled into the driveway (front and back of the car including license plate). I have cameras inside and outside that record every aspect of my house. Everything is on camera and recorded. All physical interactions, motions, etc. I even have one of those typical 12"x12" white signs with red / black lettering in my front window that says WARNING, All activities are recorded to aid in the prosecution of any crime committed against this facility.

We now return to our program.

I've heard real panic attacks and I've heard fake panic attacks, but this was a whole new level. Holy sheet. Don't people know it's obvious when you try and force hyperventilation?? It's way over the top and obviously for 'recording' purposes. Yes I was taking advantage of the normal human psyche about intimidation of the mere presence of a weapon. I left the room and walked down the hall to put extreme distance between us. Please note that at no time was the weapon removed from the holster or ever pointed toward anyone's direction. Just carried next to my leg for 'visual' factors.

Now they are talking about calling the police and I said please do as I will be calling them also and hung up my phone. They start blowing up my phone. I answer once and I said, you can't call the police if you keep calling me. I was trying to call 311 but couldn't get to it fast enough before the next call came in. I mean damn, they must have had a bunch of people all dialing me at the same time as I saw 5 or 6 different numbers before I could get a call out (dual sim phone and switched to my main phone number sim and turned off the burner sim so I could call).

While all this was happening, she said here is your money, asked me to put the gun away (which I promptly did) and she handed me the money and walked toward and out the door without any interaction from me other than holding my hand out for her to place the money in it.

NOW, mind you it was all very oddly calm all of a sudden, no 'forced' hyperventilation or crying or any over the top 'acting'.

While she was walking out, I actually got dispatch (311) on the phone and that I wanted to file an attempted robbery report. Once I gave them my address, they said police were already dispatched and on the way (evidently the agency did call the police). I thanked her for the information and asked if she wanted me to stay on the phone while I waited for them to arrive. She said no, make sure my weapon was put away (asked me where it was going to be probably to relay to the arriving officers) and prepare for the officers to arrive.

Now the rest doesn't need to be so detailed. Officers arrive, ask me where my weapon is, if I had one on me, etc. And of course asked me what's going on. Boy did they get an earful. Told them about the video, invited them in, watched the video (even heard a chuckle under one of their breaths). They asked for a printout of the license plate, full face shot of Charlie / Jasmine, all the agency numbers that I had received. Waited for me to fill out the report and left as quickly as they arrived.

After thoughts.

I don't play the 'extra money' thing and refuse to let the money go without at least trying to get it back (within reason). The reality of the situation is she could have walked out without me doing anything and I would have just had to let the money go and file a robbery report.

I was actually prepared for the worse (guy / handler / pimp) showing up and straight up robbing me, wanted the best (just a fun time), and got dealt what I got. (FYI, Only one weapon was holstered and unchambered).

No need to point out the fact of my 'house' thing, I know it was a bad move, but I actually have a physical issue right now and on crutches and didn't want to leave the house. I can hobble around my house, but not going to press my luck until things heal walking around in the world. But still need services. I didn't worry about it too much as even in my condition, I feel like I can take care of myself. With my military experience, the 14 years in the international outlaw motorcycle club I was in (yes, a 1% and the fact I live my live with the attitude that if something will happen, there is nothing you can do about it. After all, I was in two wars, traveled around the world both pleasure, professional business and business (for reasons I don't need to explain but associated with the MC world). I've been shot before, cut, stubbed, shrapnel wounds. I've been around, probably been in a bar fight in every port I every visited in the military. I've been caned in Singapore, spent time in holding cells in far to many places to recount them all. If something will happen, it'll happen. Life is two short to live in fear and you need to live life and take the bull by the horns and make of it want you want. Not let life make you want it wants.

Besides, I've got a two providers that I see at my house already (met at incall, AMP, etc. A few times) from time to time. There are some that would ask would I try a new one then. Well, if you don't know, you may not understand anyways. Beside, both were 'unavailable' that evening and I didn't want to wait. Though I had one come over the next evening.

Also, noone does a proper b2 b / slide / soapy / nuru style / type massage the way they do at Poseidon's in Thailand. I have to have them come to my place to do it now as I got tired of lugging around my own nuru sheet and oils. The oil I use is perfectly acceptable for vaginal penetration no need to stop and shower before full penetration.

Though, (I may be asking to get slammed here, but just do it constructively and not negatively if you must) I am curious from others that may or may not have been in this similar type of situation or maybe even already thought of a similar type of situation.

Though most people don't do it at their home since they are not single or other factors. Also as an afterthought while writing this, I'm sure my burner number is on those UglyMugs types apps / sites (if they use one). I mean we have review sites about providers and I know providers have their sites they use to report on clients. How do you find out what's been reported about us, I'm actually curious what may have been reported if at all about me now? I found a few sites and apps, but does anyone know of that is most common for Vegas agencies to use? Most of the ones I found are around Europe regions.

Seen her posts for a while and wanted to partake. I've typically do incall / AMPs / etc. She's only does outcall. Couldn't find any major reviews (ter, etc). Took the chance (toftt?) with Charlie. Set it up accordingly. $$. 50 for the hour babe. NO where in any of the text / phone calls was there any mention of Agency or Agency style fees or extra fees. I would have been prepared otherwise and declined any visit. I also didn't notice any voice differences between the person on the phone or the girl arriving at the door.

She showed up on time. I will say she looks like her photos. She was HOT. Filipina (born in USA). Right up my alley for LBFM's. She was nice, friendly, etc. First red flag was she made an almost under her breath 'check in' type comment as she picked up her cell phone (didn't catch exactly what she said as she said it quietly). Didn't think too much about it as I figured it was a safety thing with her. Asked for the money up front. I didn't have a problem with that as I've done it upfront / after before. Then all of a sudden she goes into that more money needed. I stop her mid-sentence and tell her we have a problem then. NO where was I informed she worked for an agency or any extra frees where going to be required (I assumed she was with an agency now). After a little back and forth (where I don't budge) she get's the 'agency' on speaker phone. The typical you can use a CC, electronic payment, go to the atm, etc,. Thing to get more money. I'm steadfast no more money, flat fee or she gives the money back and leaves. They offer another girl to cover the arrange fee. Sent me a photo, she was decent looking and I'm like. OK (still need services). Mood was ruined with Charlie anyways. Then they are like she'll be there in 20 minutes. They hang up, Charlie starts to gather her things and (I picked up on it quickly) I asked where / what she was doing. Obviously the whole mood / air / etc turned very sour very quickly at this point with me. She said she was going to leave. I told her one of two things was going to happen, she was going to stay and wait for the other girl to show up or she was going to give the money back and leave. No money was leaving without services rendered or money returned, period.

(More background I would never touch anyone to restrain or anything otherwise, unless they initiated the physical contact first. There is a very fine line legally what can or cannot be done).

The next few moments get intense and ramp up quickly.

She gets the agency on the speakerphone again and I cut them short that there was no other options, period money stays without services rendered. NOW, they start strong arming me (over the phone really? Please. They also deploy distraction tactics and call my phone and talk to me directly to distract me from her (both on my phone and on the speaker phone) and also start explaining that I can't keep her there against her will. I agree and said she's free to leave after giving me my money back. They try and explain that wasn't going to happen and I then brought up the point that they were stealing my money now. They 'tried' to also say that it was a 'show up fee' and I said no it wasn't, it was never communicated that it was a show up fee and it was a flat fee for the hour. So, they were attempting to steal my money without services rendered (pay attention here, this is the wording I always used, even during initial text communications, never anything explicit and only 'service', if ever typed, talked, etc). During this short time of this current call (s) they now start moving to saying everything was recorded and I asked for illegal things (I'm still not phased or budging here on my stance). She hadn't moved toward the door yet and actually went away from the door a little. Right after they say these things, I hear her speaker phone 'Jasmine, you need to leave' and she makes a move to turn towards the door. I quickly tell her that I would implore you to return my money back before you attempt to leave as I would consider it robbery and will call the police.

Intensity.

I'm a big guy compared to a 100-115 lbs Filipina. The sheer physical size difference is enough to be intimidating (but I'm a teddy bear really. They don't know that).

She was not going to return the money so I quickly step to the dresser where I pull a holstered gun (unchambered) and held it at my side (straight down my leg to the ground) and politely say that it is a shame that your agency would put you in this situation and I would appreciate the return of the money that was suppose to be for services rendered and otherwise not steal my money. (Remember they are recording this) Yes, I was very detailed and calm and specific in my wording.

Intermission for more background.

I should now bring up the fact I had been recording everything from the moment she pulled into the driveway (front and back of the car including license plate). I have cameras inside and outside that record every aspect of my house. Everything is on camera and recorded. All physical interactions, motions, etc. I even have one of those typical 12"x12" white signs with red / black lettering in my front window that says WARNING, All activities are recorded to aid in the prosecution of any crime committed against this facility.

We now return to our program.

I've heard real panic attacks and I've heard fake panic attacks, but this was a whole new level. Holy sheet. Don't people know it's obvious when you try and force hyperventilation?? It's way over the top and obviously for 'recording' purposes. Yes I was taking advantage of the normal human psyche about intimidation of the mere presence of a weapon. I left the room and walked down the hall to put extreme distance between us. Please note that at no time was the weapon removed from the holster or ever pointed toward anyone's direction. Just carried next to my leg for 'visual' factors.

Now they are talking about calling the police and I said please do as I will be calling them also and hung up my phone. They start blowing up my phone. I answer once and I said, you can't call the police if you keep calling me. I was trying to call 311 but couldn't get to it fast enough before the next call came in. I mean damn, they must have had a bunch of people all dialing me at the same time as I saw 5 or 6 different numbers before I could get a call out (dual sim phone and switched to my main phone number sim and turned off the burner sim so I could call).

While all this was happening, she said here is your money, asked me to put the gun away (which I promptly did) and she handed me the money and walked toward and out the door without any interaction from me other than holding my hand out for her to place the money in it.

NOW, mind you it was all very oddly calm all of a sudden, no 'forced' hyperventilation or crying or any over the top 'acting'.

While she was walking out, I actually got dispatch (311) on the phone and that I wanted to file an attempted robbery report. Once I gave them my address, they said police were already dispatched and on the way (evidently the agency did call the police). I thanked her for the information and asked if she wanted me to stay on the phone while I waited for them to arrive. She said no, make sure my weapon was put away (asked me where it was going to be probably to relay to the arriving officers) and prepare for the officers to arrive.

Now the rest doesn't need to be so detailed. Officers arrive, ask me where my weapon is, if I had one on me, etc. And of course asked me what's going on. Boy did they get an earful. Told them about the video, invited them in, watched the video (even heard a chuckle under one of their breaths). They asked for a printout of the license plate, full face shot of Charlie / Jasmine, all the agency numbers that I had received. Waited for me to fill out the report and left as quickly as they arrived.

After thoughts.

I don't play the 'extra money' thing and refuse to let the money go without at least trying to get it back (within reason). The reality of the situation is she could have walked out without me doing anything and I would have just had to let the money go and file a robbery report.

I was actually prepared for the worse (guy / handler / pimp) showing up and straight up robbing me, wanted the best (just a fun time), and got dealt what I got. (FYI, Only one weapon was holstered and unchambered).

No need to point out the fact of my 'house' thing, I know it was a bad move, but I actually have a physical issue right now and on crutches and didn't want to leave the house. I can hobble around my house, but not going to press my luck until things heal walking around in the world. But still need services. I didn't worry about it too much as even in my condition, I feel like I can take care of myself. With my military experience, the 14 years in the international outlaw motorcycle club I was in (yes, a 1% and the fact I live my live with the attitude that if something will happen, there is nothing you can do about it. After all, I was in two wars, traveled around the world both pleasure, professional business and business (for reasons I don't need to explain but associated with the MC world). I've been shot before, cut, stubbed, shrapnel wounds. I've been around, probably been in a bar fight in every port I every visited in the military. I've been caned in Singapore, spent time in holding cells in far to many places to recount them all. If something will happen, it'll happen. Life is two short to live in fear and you need to live life and take the bull by the horns and make of it want you want. Not let life make you want it wants.

Besides, I've got a two providers that I see at my house already (met at incall, AMP, etc. A few times) from time to time. There are some that would ask would I try a new one then. Well, if you don't know, you may not understand anyways. Beside, both were 'unavailable' that evening and I didn't want to wait. Though I had one come over the next evening.

Also, noone does a proper b2 b / slide / soapy / nuru style / type massage the way they do at Poseidon's in Thailand. I have to have them come to my place to do it now as I got tired of lugging around my own nuru sheet and oils. The oil I use is perfectly acceptable for vaginal penetration no need to stop and shower before full penetration.

Though, (I may be asking to get slammed here, but just do it constructively and not negatively if you must) I am curious from others that may or may not have been in this similar type of situation or maybe even already thought of a similar type of situation.

Did I go to far?

(In my mind, and the officers validated my thoughts) I kept my cool (as much as I can for myself) and did what I had to do with the minimum force necessary to bring the situation under control and without physical harm and had my money returned. It could have gone a whole different level, so I'm actually grateful it ended up the way it did.

My advice, avoid this agency or any other number you guys can find that is associated with her postings (if there are any other numbers). Unless you are alright with this bait and switch fees thing, then by all means have at it. She is hot, and I'm sure will make some of you happy.

We make mistakes, and like my rule about never taking any more money then your willing to spend, never do an outcall (to your home) until you have vetted the provider first in their incall or place of business. Though most people don't do it at their home since they are not single or other factors. I'm who I am and I'll continue to stay a lbfm seeking guy until I can find that magic lbfm that locks me down to only them.

Also as an afterthought while writing this, I'm sure my burner number is on those UglyMugs types apps / sites (if they use one). I mean we have review sites about providers and I know providers have their sites they use to report on clients. How do you find out what's been reported about us, I'm actually curious what may have been reported if at all about me now? I found a few sites and apps, but does anyone know of that is most common for Vegas agencies to use? Most of the ones I found are around Europe regions.

Officers do not intimidate me at all, I've been around them a lot (for good and bad reasons) so I'm not new to their ways of trying to get someone to cave in and make mistakes. I know and understand the psychology of how they treat 'normal' civilians. I'm sure they picked up on this and didn't get me admit anything. I was straight up with them (I had nothing to fear becasue I knew I was 100% within the law and broke absolutely no laws). My time in the MC world got me very familiar with the NRS when it comes to weapon laws (both knife and guns). I also hold a CCW, and I'm sure they knew that already before arriving at my house since it's standard procedure for them to check the NCIC and basic background of an address and reported individuals before approaching.

SO, to answer your question. They tried to get me to acknowledge what 'services' meant, and I just said a massage. It's legal, and not up to me to provide proof of license as I'm the client not the provider. Mobile services are completely legal if the provider is licensed. SO with that and the way I explained everything 100% truthfully, with complete video backup. It was an attempted robbery and they treated it as such. They did laugh at the parts were she was 'hyper ventilating' as it was obviously fake and then when all of a sudden she was completely calm and walked out.

You are right, they knew what was going on and I knew they knew. But there was no evidence to contradict my statements so it was as it was. Took the report and left. No comments, no harassing, no treating me like I didn't know what the law was.

AP, LTLV, DW, and others actually did tell me everything up front (at least when I've dealt with them). I can only speak for my interactions and not anyone else's with these agencies and some others.

It may not have been obvious in my report, but when I did realize it was an agency I immediately knew it was the 'bad' agency rip off scam and immediately knew at that moment the reset of the interaction was going to go badly. As I stated in my report after that moment and at the end, it could have gone a whole other way. After the fact, I'm glad it went the way that it did since it could have gone a way that wouldn't have me actually posting this kind of thing for a while.

(My comments are based on my experiences and obviously may not reflect on others experiences) Everyone here that has visited an AMP or LMP or Incall or decent agency incall 'almost' always pay upfront before services (there are various factors that influence before / after). It's a standard. Pay upfront for the massage service and then before / after the extras (depending on the girl). Even at the decent agencies (I. E. AP, LTLV, etc) it's hit or miss whether you pay before / after. I've had both and continue to have both.

Various factors can be repeat customer, the comfort level you give the provider, the way you communicate, the comfort level of yourself, etc. There is no blanket 'don't ever pay up front' it always varies.

I've actually walked out of places that refused service unless you pay up front becasue I didn't feel comfortable with upfront, upon that move they 'usually' back peddle, but for me the mood was ruined so I keep walking and never returned. Becasue of the ruined mood, as a rule there is no 'never pay upfront' or arguing the upfront thing. Again, various factors apply and there is no hard rule.

Gone are the decency of humans as a whole. Yes, you can still find decency all over, but it not as common as it use to be. There are way more scams, cons, etc. Then every before. People need to realize this and plan accordingly and that you just cannot expect people to be decent anymore. (this is a general comment not skewed by our 'hobby' choices).

I almost went the way of just letting it go, but (the demon inside of me) was not going to be 'that guy' that got rolled. So things escalated the way they did, and no matter my planning, ultimately I had no idea (in the moment) how anything would play out. I just had to stick to what I knew and control that portion to make as minimal mistakes as possible.

I treat everything like a risk ladder, only going as high on the ladder as I'm willing to go with every situation. No reason to keep standing on the top rung if you only need to be on the lower or middle rung. Being aware and accepting any risk is the first step to protecting yourself.

While it hasn't happened to me, some of these new faces with No History and no reviews, especially with posts of ony the one time or two -three consecutive days, when they seem desperate or too good to be true, they seem fishy to me and I pass. Also, I google the number of any one I may see and try to find some kind of indicator of what they may be about. Previous post history is a good sign, sometimes the same number will be linked to an ad selling something or pets or what ever but it builds credibility. I found that no search results at all is not good. Nothing specific, but I avoid those. So yes I agree, good to stick with regs, or pros with established history. I know sometimes new is more exciting but you must take much more caution when dealing with a new face. Good luck.
