She was standing at a corner of a side street. I turned into that street and noticed a tall blond guy in his twenties standing on the other side of the side street. After I pulled my car toward the curb a few car lengths down the street and parked, he crossed the street and walked past the girl. I was watching her so I knew she had saw me stop. But she turned the other way and walked out of my view.
I made another loop and she was standing at the same corner. The guy (now with another darker-skin guy) was standing about 30 feet away from her. Once she saw me slowing down, I could see her exchange a glance with the guy and he was nodding. I took him as her pimp and turned into the same side street. This time I parked a bit further up, almost all the way to Appleton and watched her approaching.
When she was even with the passenger's window, I unlocked the door and made a gesture to wave her over. Instead of getting in the car, she talked through the half opened window.
"How're ya doing today?" She smiled at me. She was not stunningly beautiful but should easily score 8 or 9. At this close range, I could see a bruise right on her forehead through her makeup.
"Not bad," I replied:" need a ride?"
She smiled again:"I don't really NEED a ride, but..." Still not getting in.
"Don't need a ride?" I cut her off.
She shook her head and kept smiling: "Well..."
Did not get the right response, I drove away.
I made a bigger loop and came back from the other direction less than two minutes later. She was gone. The two guys were not there either. I circled a bit but never saw them again. This encounter was strange enough for me. Her behavior smelled sting to me. But I would think the cop would be leaving the bait out there a bit longer. I noticed there were other guys in cars and pickups circulating so she might have been picked up by one of you guys.

I have lived in these parts for over 50 years and have have hobbied on these streets for over 35. I have never met such a p. Of S. In my life as her. Went out last night lots of LE even two TV trucks by the school up from Jays. Saw this short, black hair, good looking one off Appleton, then by Jays. Circled a few times. She gets in. I did everything right, no questions, asked if she wanted a ride to go hang out. She ask me if I am LE, I ask her. Then she says is 50 OK. I say for what. She said. You know. Then as we are driving, she said she was an INFORMANT for LPD. She gets $100 for truning me into LE but will take $50 and let me go. I had read the past post but was not sure it was her. So I start driving to the main PD Station by city hall and pulled in a lot. I acted scared and gave he 20 to get her out of the car. When she gets out I told her that people are on to her little scam and are going to kick the crap out of her if she keeps doing it. She said she did not care and she is keeping the streets clean. BULL S. Someone is going to do some real harm to her before she is done.

FYI, She has her cell phone recording. It'd be easy to set her up, she knows me and disappeared when I saw her Friday. I'd get a mic going and turn tables on her.

She has at least 1 kid, when I realized what she was up to last March, I told her to get out. She wouldn't. She threatened me with kidnapping. Scary shit, I should have miked the car. She is recording, writes the plate down to protect herself. She is a scammer and only cares about cash. Like I said before, someone could get her for extortion.

Have made runs through the Lowell area the last 3-4 days and some nights and seen some but not many. Thought more would be out around the end of the month and rents are due.
I know Friday 5-29 I drove by the blonde WSW with kind of crazy eyes that Sminma5150 was saying he seen on 5-19. She was out front of Santoros in cuffs at about 9:00 PM ballin her eyes out with about 5-6 cops around her.
As I have not seen or met her I am not sure if she is a SW. Not sure if they arrested her or not as I can not find mention of it in the Lowell sun police arrests as there isn't a arrest log for 5-29.
Seen Jessica today and as always service was great.

In Mass it's illegal to record a conversation (without a warrant) between two people unless both are aware of it. So anything recorded would be inadmissible in court. In addition, it's a felony. Extortion is also a felony in Mass, so that's two felonies she's committing, to your one misdemeanor. I would think LE would be more interested in two felony arrests, than your misdemeanor sex for a fee.

The real question is if you can risk the attention going to LE will cause. Which is exactly what she is counting on. Remember that you can make a citizen's arrest for a felony committed in your presence. So that throws out her kidnapping accusation. But again, it's a matter of if you want the attention it will bring. Eventually, she'll try it with the wrong person and they'll just beat the shit out of her and probably rape her. Or she'll do it to someone that doesn't mind taker her right to LE.
