I am in the same boat. I saw her once then it took forever to get another appointment. I had to get a SD area code number since my previous one was not getting me any replies. I too had trouble getting an appointment. First appointment was great didn't know about the videos and the possibilities of extras. As soon as I did it was near impossible to get another appointment. I had to change my hobby phone to a local number since I wasn't having much luck with the old number. Of course she answered immediately and was able to get something that same day.
