Everyone that I have seen personally has had breast enhancement however not grossly over done. From the photos and when I first met Paula I thought they were natural.

All the photos are Shopped but not too bad. I haven't seen one girl here that didn't look like her pics. Maybe a scar taken out or something minor like that. Most of them have bolt ons but like another poster said, they are frame fitting. Not overly done and not rock hard or anything like that. Now I am not a professional when it comes to breast enhancement but when I used to frequent strip clubs, I would always see scars around the nipple.
