Senior Members who have been mongering for years could probably offer the best advice. As for me, I have learned to not pursue a lady repeatedly if they don't respond. That said, LE can, and will, set up an outcall sting to bust guys and incall stings to bust ladies. It absolutely happens. To me, the single best way to play safe is to use boards like this. If you see providers that have been reviewed multiple times, that's a great indicator that the lady is legit. There are other steps you can take too, review ads carefully, avoid discussing anything illegal (such as exchanging money for sex acts) and scope out the scene as you're arriving. None of these things can guarantee you won't find yourself in a bad spot at some point, they are just tools to be used to ensure you are as safe as is possible.
