Well established porn stars have a higher rate for filming sessions, on top of having to pay for travel or lodging (either you to them, or them to you). Many of them won't shot videos for commercial distribution for studios / independent actors who aren't established in the industry either. They'll also be expecting to sign a model release, that specifies the distribution rights, not having one sets off red flags. Additionally, if they show up and all you've got is a GoPro or an iPhone, they'll be suspicious and very likely leave. Lastly, most stars won't film without a clean bill of health from industry approved testing services (even if you're doing everything, and I mean everything, with protection).

You can always negotiate with the local escorts to "film porn," but your rates won't be any different than what they charge for a regular appointment. And, if you've got any thoughts of posting those videos of your time with an escort to any of the porn sites, expect to have it flagged and taken down if you can't provide a model release and a copy of the girl with her I'd to prove that: a) she's legal and b) she agreed to film with the intent to publish.
