The first visit was several months ago. Both times, not only did I get BBFS with CIP, but I found her to be very personable and non-business like. In essence, just the opposite of your experience. DFK, passion, staring directly into my eyes, etc.
YMMV is the usual theme, but I just wanted to add my perspective.

Think she moved from Pasadena to the OC when local at the end of last year. I've seen all of the above at least three times with no option for BBFS. I don't usually initiate on the first visit. I will attempt to initiate on repeat, but I back off immediately if the girl is not comfortable.
I saw Yoco twice a couple of years ago and did not get BBFS. Never went back because I don't like the fake squirting thing.
I saw Gi-L several times a few years ago. BBFS strongly rejected at that time.

This was a few months back, so maybe she's back to the routine but something to keep in mind.
