You'll see dozens when you are not able to meet. In the drive by dating scene you have to juggle and observe multiple things. New friends on sidewalks, boyfriends, Uncle, traffic and traffic signs / lights. Late afternoon to late night is the active times. Learn the patterns and be patient. Did I mention be patient?
