By that I mean a store basically is set up this way, the Owner owns the store with the lease in his or her name. However, the same can be said about a BP girl who advertises in the escort section and operates from the same hotel room for weeks straight. An Asian girl offering rubs in her apartment; isn't operating a business nor is she claiming to be a CMT, so she doesn't need a license. And you can't get CAUGHT receiving a sex act for cash the key word is caught Period! Any law enforcement agency can watch a place for 24 hours a day even visit the place as a customer but they cannot arrest anyone unless the deed for cash is caught in progress. Greed will lead to overbooking and a rushed experience in time and service because this type of mentality is more concerned about quantity "right now" but this counterproductive in the long run. If she does her business the right way, then repeat customers is where these girls will have some stability in scheduling. Having a good reputation for reliable service is required for repeats because there is a girl for every type of customer and in a pinch every guy likes a reliable standby if the first choice is not available.
