I've been meaning to note that it's clear Federal is gentrifying hard. With the The One "luxury" apartments being built in the middle of where dealers used to walk around, to nearby bars being busy until the AM and non-drugged up white girls walking their dogs at night I think the game is pretty much done in Lake Worth.
