Just so happen to be riding down Capital today and glanced over at The Hill. Tell me why I saw about 5 or 6 cars sitting in the back parking lot LOL. I know their closed so of course I already know why they sitting back there. But in broad daylight at a business I'm sure the cops is aware that it's closed.
Plus cars sitting at that type of business when we really ain't suppose to be out unless it's at essential locations you got to be a brave and desperate soul to be back there.
