Tried to go through Lowell yesterday and it's a mess. Not sure the name of the street but it is parallel to Appleton. The road is closed at the top and 3 stories high snow pile by the new courthouse. Couldn't get around any way to get to Westfors because of the traffic. Said screw it and went home.
