While I would make visits less frequently than you, it definitely became something of an addiction for me as well. Granted it's different for everyone, and if you're seeing someone every week you might be in a better financial situation than myself, but I try to take that into account now whenever I get tempted to see a provider. I think about what else I could be doing with that money, especially as donations have been skyrocketing. Also speaking from personal experience, I haven't had any really satisfying encounters in a long time in this field, so I also focus on that feeling.

Like others suggested, finding hobbies has been another go-to for me. And when in doubt (and I swear, this isn't a wiseass remark), I just rub one out, and that post-nut clarity kicks in LOL.

Oh, and another thing that has helped me curb any temptation. Reading any of the horror stories from other encounters. It keeps me focused LOL.

Hey. No complaints from me. Sure beats some of these girls that want 200,400 for BBFS on top of normal fee. Then they even have the nerve to count it before going to Phase 2.
