What's driving the high prices, IMO, is what's driving the high price of everything: There is a real labor shortage and anyone who wants to make some extra money can get a signing bonus at McDonalds or Kroger.

This decreases the number of women entering the hobby. If you look at the girls on Tryst, almost all of them are still pre-pandemic girls. You've seen the conversations in the other threads about washed-up, over-the-hill providers asking (and in some cases, getting) $400.

Prices will levelize when the labor market levelizes.

I have seen this happen before. At the height of the dotcom boom, circa 2000, very average women were asking for $400. (There was no Seeking then, but there were escort sites.) This was because unemployment was at 3%.

After the implosion of the housing bubble in 2007 to 2009, there was a rush of new girls into the hobby. Seeking also started around this time, and there were a lot of options on the market.

The bottom line is that because of supply and demand conditions, you currently have an imbalance in the marketplace. We may never get back to hot college girls for $200, but prices will at some point stabilize, and even back off.

I have seen many comments that some of these women use "Platonic Only" for various reasons. Kind of a way to move on without blatantly telling you. No way I am going to sleep with you for any amount of money! LOL. But many are still eventually DTF, especially if they like you and your sugar amount.

Hard to say because I have only pursued a couple platonic ladies, and they that have never gone anywhere. But if I liked the look of the lady enough, I would not let "platonic only" scare me off.
