Just wondering if any of you gents has seen Christina in the past month or so. She has always been tough to connect with but recently she seems to have dropped off the grid altogether with no BP ads or anything. Would love to see her again for a visit.

To combat the sex trade in Boston, the city has launched a new digital dashboard that monitors prostitution in the city by zeroing in on online ads and the people who call in for service.
The new data analytics tool is designed to help city officials and police understand what information is out there, the number of johns there are and the number of prostitutes, said Megan Costello, executive director of the Office of Women's Advancement.
"This issue is nowhere near being resolved in the city of Boston," said *Mayor Martin J. Walsh. "It is an important issue. We have a lot of women — and men — but mostly women who are drug-addicted, poverty ridden, taken advantage of, sexually abused when they were younger. It is a constant revolution, a revolving door for a lot of women and men. ".
The dashboard will track supply from sites such as [URL]backpage.com[/URL], and demand, which is generated through Google searches. The city can then determine the area codes of the men who are soliciting sex.

When they start getting meta data about who is calling the providers. Then time to move to skype or some such.

Does this mean that if you search Google for backpage, escort or body rub, LEO can obtain your cell number from a simple search? Sounds like a privacy issues if that's the case. Or is it only if you contact the provider by using backpage reply? Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance![/QUOTE]They can't get your cell number from just scanning the back pages. I think the reference to area codes was to see from what area codes people were searching the BP ads.
If they want your number they will have to get a search warrant on the provider's number, unless they happen to get the provider's cell phone, then they can browse through that if they pinch the provider.

Your IP address is tied to a specific identifier called a mac address which is unique to each device that out there (like a serial number). With all of the different features / apps that most use to make their Internet / computer experience easy (ie: Turning on location services in google which is essential for maps to work), a lot of information can be captured from your device. If it's your phone that's doing the search. Most definitely. As a Certified Ethical Hacker the rule of thumb is if it's connected to the Internet it can be accessible.
I search using a virtual private network app or VPN. When I use it the app creates a dummy IP address on a server at a location far away from my real location. I don't believe that it prevents someone who's motivated to track my phone from doing so. Just another layer of protection.

Started using an app that claims to scramble to keep everything private (duckduckgo) hopefully it works.

Yes some have a block on private calls. I frequent AMPs so they are not as strict. That said, just because you call a place does not show an illegal transaction took place. Even being there does not. The cops can harras you some but short of them catching you asking for a sex act and handing the cash over. Unless you open your mouth its not going far.

They are doing two things.
1: Indexing the phone numbers of providers on Backpage. They are trying to broadly determine where the numbers are from. This poses no risk to you.
2: Monitoring Google searches for those numbers. Just like with AdWords, you can watch for certain terms on Google to determine how popular they are. So you take the numbers you scraped in step 1, and you monitor Google to determine how often they are searched for in step 2. You can also get some demographic information from this. You can't get specific IP addresses, you can't target individuals.
Before some nerd wants to correct me and explain all of the things they COULD end up doing, I'll stop you right now and say: this is what they ARE doing right now. What they could do is infinite. I could also start working out and get six pack abs. I will keep you all updated if either situation ever comes to pass.

Anybody have any experience with her? Seems like she knows how to conceal her problem areas with a camera.

She has since bumped her rate up to 300 for the hour, which since I have not been back or reached out. It's debatable if the cost is worth it, some say yes, some say no.
For 300 I expect super service and about 10 years younger.
Just my 2 cents.
Kelli has been reviewed here and at the oThER place. She is fun & friendly, attractive lady and worth seeing. She is a tall lady (5'9"?) but HWP, with serious Ds.
