If yes, invoke your Fifth Amendment and stay silent; invoke your Sixth Amendment right to have counsel present during any questioning. If no, "So, then, I'm free to leave?" This should get you a yes. Wish Officer Friendly a nice day and walk away.

Remember, there is no stop and identify statute in Massachusetts, so you do not have to identify yourself if they approach you as you are walking away from the building or something.

Katokay is absolutely right. Cops are trained to lie. They actually have very little power in determining what happens to you after you're arrested. Their job is to find people who have broken the law, gather evidence against them, and aid in providing evidence for the prosecution. They cannot guarantee any leniency. That said, being polite and treating the cop with common respect can't hurt.

Right?[/QUOTE]I worry about possible LE action as Ice Guy does. My rationale has been that I would say that I don't know what happened in other rooms; I just got a massage. That's why I will sometimes ask the provider to lock the door o the room. I always envision LE walking into the place and going right to opening the doors of the individual rooms. If I have too much time to think, I even take it further and worry about a boyfriend / husband or a very unhappy customer coming in to shoot the place up!

There was a girl that went by the name KC that worked out of her place in a complex off Rt 9 in Framingham a few years ago. Great body, dark hair, great attitude. All of a sudden she fell off the map. Would love to hook back up with her if she's still in the business. Anybody have any idea what happened to her?

Ice, I don't want to come off as a douche but maybe this hobby isn't for you? You can ask all the questions you want about risk and safety but there isn't a guy on this board that can say with 100% certainty that you will be perfectly safe. I have been doing this for a decade and have had 100's of AMP appointments and can tell you that I have never even had a close call. Having said that I realize that the next time might not go so great. BUT I also realize the most guys on the forum have had many appointments without incident and I actually don't recall anyone being stopped in recent memory by LEO.

My advice is just go to a reviewed place and don't focus on hitting the jackpot in terms of looks. Just go. Get one under your belt and you can determine if this is for you or not

.[/QUOTE]At my most recent trip to a AMP, I booked a 930 pm appt. When I left, the lights were out in the place and the lady had to unlock the front door. So no worry about LEO busting in. Maybe they filmed me coming out. But by then. What can they do?

I visited one of my better spots last week Rt 20 E you know the spot. The sign was removed and I had to climb a firescape that looked like I would end up in the hospital. I inquired to why the sign was down and I received a cagey answer. Be careful boys they must be being watched!

You'll even see the CEO of Backpage getting taken away in handcuffs. And guess what else? The District Attorney's are coming down like a ton of bricks on pimps and johns, while the prostitutes are being treated as victims and are encouraged to lie.

Jeishein you are right about some things. AMP's are always being targeted because 1) there are illegals working under some not so great conditions and 2) They know exactly what's going on inside. Many have had luck and many more won't bother. The BP ads that are targeted are usually somehow connected to drugs and constant hotel / motel use. If these girls aren't discreet they get set up or have someone blow the whistle. SW, well, that's a no brainer! As for you, if you're so concerned about BP arrests, why do you contact girls from every category (massage, escorts and fetish) for a guy with such strong concerns you sure are comfortable with putting yourself out there! Yeah, you're not too smart with the trails you leave behind so you might want to work on that before you start preaching to people about LE.
