They don't want to fuck everyone, so they want to be somewhat exclusive. Part of it is because they feel like more of a ***** if they fuck too many guys, part is that they want to minimize the chance of diseases, part is that they don't want to be known as a big ***** because in a rare case they may turn a customer into a boyfriend and they want him to think they're not a *****. But mostly it's to drive the price up.

I've had strippers say they didn't do FS the first time I did a dance with them, then they offered it the second or third time. Maybe they need a certain amount of money to be invested, or maybe they just want to feel safe around you first. They may want to see if you smell, or if you are too disrespectful, or something else.

Remember that money can always change their mind. If you offer enough money, you can probably get it early. If you double or triple their BJ price, especially if you show the cash, you can probably change their mind.

However, I doubt that you have to go the "sugar daddy" route, which I'm guessing costs a couple grand a month, although I'm not an expert.
