Found this WSW on shully early afternoon on Sunday. Tall, slender, brown / reddish long straight hair and a nice set of double the's, which she claimed are real but felt fake to me, but still looked really good. Doc[/QUOTE]First of all they have to prove your comiting a crime. Just having a known prostitute in vehicle is not a crime. Get her name right and keep stories straight and there isn't a problem. You have to commit a violation for them to pull you over. Know your rights and don't let the fuzz fast talk you. It is illegal to just pull you over for a license or warrant check (oh v. Terry).

First off cops will pick the car and then the violation. Meaning if they see you with a known working girl, they just have to wait and eventually you will commit a violation, I'v seen them stop someone for going 2mph over the limit as their reason for a stop.
Second, don't think the girl will give the same story. Typically, they will separate you if they know she is a working girl. 9 times out of 10 they know these girls and will offer to let them go if they tell the truth and rat you out, so while you think you both are on the same page, if they give her the deal, your cooked.
Third, Whatever you do, DO NOT lie to the police. Don't admit to what your doing, but don't lie either, exercise your right to remain silent before you lie. If you lie, and they can prove it, those are extra charges, much worse than the minor violation they have you for already.
Also, be careful, some of these girls will drop their medication in your car, if you are stopped, they see the medication, she denies its hers, its your car and constructive possession kicks in.
Without giving details, we are working a case right now of a guy who picked up a girl, all of the above occurred, meaning they waited for him to commit the violation to warrant the stop, they got told the girl if she tells them the truth she is going home (we have the dash board camera / audio of this) and she quickly flipped, she had a warrant and they still cut her loose, of course the guy said they were friends and knew one another, so they added the charge of obstruction for lying to the police and the drugs she left under his passenger seat we sure are not his.
