I don't think he's referring to those two. Zen is across from Kroger Dent. Assol is down the hill past Rybolt Road. They are the farthest from Cheviot of the three.
I think he's referring to the formerly named Asian Tuina which is the closest to Cheviot (but not in Cheviot). It's in between a couple of apartment buildings to the left and to the right the strip center with Wassler's Meats.
Regarding the OP's post, for years there have been sketchy cars parked in the lot behind those apartment buildings, nothing new. Getting $ up front is standard for AMPs.

I've never given up front even when I was fucking Kim.
Maybe pull your massage fee out in a way that shows you have other funds available and it won't be a question.
I may have made a mistake. I've heard good things about a Cheviot AMP. Today I went to an AMP ON Cheviot (Road), which was not IN the city of Cheviot. Saw Wendy, very cute, totally legit. No teasing or extras.
