I took one for the team and visited today. They are totally legit. Only one room with a nice large curtain instead of a door. TS available. Great massage so I cannot complain, but no extras.

One around back with a door, and one before the curtain room with a door. They also have one of the most attractive Asians I've seen there. However I only got her the first time. Name is Sonny. Again nothing offered, I figured with multiple trips they would loosen up. Usually ends with me finishing myself once she leaves the room. I may go one more time simply because I live / work super close.
Also they always seem disappointed when I ask for 30 minutes. Although its a good deal at 40.
