You need to call her back or trace her phone number and tell her to get your Driver License back. If she want to extort you, call the police. Record the phone convo.

She's likely dumb enough to include a strategy of accusing you of getting her alcohol being underage, but that won't be the all of it.

Guys to avoid the time-wasting, going-down-the-black-hole disappointments and worse, learn to recognize low value profiles on SA. This surely is one.
Do I know for a fact that there is no way this is a real one? No. But if you only focus on much more obviously real ones you'll have a much better experience here. And this applies whether you're into the totally amateur college / grad student / young professionals, or the pro's who 'advertise' themselves on SA.

Happy to take the convo to DM's; and I don't purport to have all the answers or best strategy. Some of us are less risk-averse than others. Some advice you'll get is to just block and ignore, because a decent percentage of this never comes to fruition. Because they know once they go nuclear and contact a family member, no money will be forthcoming in any event. The ones who do that really feel wronged, vs merely out for money.
