I simply restore an hour earlier and I am up and running. If your using windows, be ready to wipe and restore your hardrive. My iPad seems to be immune to it. I simply go to settings, wipe internet data and cookies, wipe anything in advanced settings, then reboot the iPad. It comes up clean.
Due to the extra effort restoring my Mac, I do all my surfing on my iPad. I simply put a large condom on my iPhone so it doesn't catch anything.
