Streetwalker Reports

Its fun to listen to Scanner radio on the smart phone. One 14 year old girl was threatening everyone. There were two girls at a bus stop which were not getting on the bus. The LE was watching the girls and seeing who picked them up to then pull over. Its a good idea to spend a few minutes to listen to the radio and see what is happening in the area. Looks like the action is around the skate park on 82,

Be safe out there. Sounds like the streets are not that safe tonight. But as LE is short handed and gets called to more pressing matters off the track. Then its slightly safer for us Mongers.

I've seen the one in the striped shirt from the "Checkered Nazi II" photos getting picked up on 20th Place. Car slows down in front of the bus stop, gives her a look, turns the corner, slows down and stops, she gets in. She's been working that bus stop for about a week.

Its always hit and miss. But sometimes that area has been productive. The girls on the corner concrete, not exactly the bus stop are the ones to watch for. Also on the oppisite corner of the block one block east at the bus stop where the church is on the corner is a pretty hot area. Or was in the past. Everett has been up and down. Girls walking in the are that are watching traffic and making eye contact are the ones to go after. Just do not hit up any civilians. This causes problems in the area. I have found in the past some actually pretty hot girls working it there. But some skanks also.

I have not hit the area too much lately. Not on my normal route anymore.

More soon Intersting night listening to Scanner Radio on the smart phone. You can sure learn a lot that way. Shooting and people carrying guns galore last night.

One of the major problems is that the "Tact Channels" that aren't available on the versions that I have tried. Is there another version that has the "Tact" channels available? Scanning the radio will allow the listener to learn which girls are "poison". It probably would not be the most brilliant idea to try to pick up a girl that Jake already has his eye on. But it is always nice to know where to window shop.

What some iPhone guru needs to come up with is some sort of monger app; an app where a cabbie inputs the desired highest cab fare and likewise the girl inputs her lowest cab fare. Cab fares can be adjusted for different level of cleaning services and translation required. Passengers can be picked up and dropped off with little or no conversation. Somehow some sort of invite / ranking system would have to be in place so it is difficult for gumshoe to effectively infiltrate; or alert others quickly for local stings, bad service, thefts, and other bullshit. Along with some sort of panic button or the device stops being used for a set amount of time.

EAH, the Nazi was featured in a series around Christmas time ironically called "Checkered Nazi I". In hindsight I regret not nicknaming her a more appropriate name such as Susan Powter, or more recently Lady Elaine Fairchild.

Word must be getting back out to the streets that there is a taxi driver driving around town with a taxi cam and people are dressing and disguising themselves accordingly. At least her shoes match her hat. This is a really funny scene!

This was the street scene on 82 Between Siskiyou and Tillamook at approximately 11:40 this morning. This woman has been a staple in Portland's street scene for at least the last 20-25 years, I don't remember seeing her before that. Back then she had a pair of boots like you saw Julia Roberts wear in the movie Pretty Woman and you would see her all the time on the old Ackeney / Burnside stroll just before you head west over the Burnside Bridge.

Right now there is a young model type walking a circuit between Yamhill and Glisan on 82 making very blatant eye contact. I have never seen her in Portland before and she is easily an 8 or 9. Perhaps it is the heavy makeup. Unfortunately my photos are very blurry. I am in a nearby parking lot using wifi on the laptop, I will try now to get some better photos soon. Any reports?

This was the street scene today at 82 near Fremont at about 2:30 or so. I have seen other girls in this area wearing similar white boots. Perhaps there is a clearance special on them or the girls are passing them back and forth to each other.

Reread the report on "Midget Jessica" from about a month or so ago. For some reason people aren't posing here anymore. Besides, I really haven't grown accustomed to talking to myself, or at least I try to avoid it as much as possible since my visit the mental institution.

Plus Portland is a very strange place; we have had at least one (more likely two) homosexual recent mayors who have made it their own personal crusade to stamp out all forms of straight consensual sex. I am confident that this forum's posts have been cultivated from time to time to assist LE to target individuals and businesses described within. Do some research and connect the dots.

It is perfectly legal to take photos and post them on a website. Also, taking photos on a public street is NOT loitering, which they LOVE to go after people for around here. And photos aren't providing any new information someone couldn't just walk outside and see for themselves. Again, in light of the previous paragraph, connect the dots.

Finally, the taxi driver is having a difficult time waking up and standing at attention in the morning like he used to. But believe me son, I have had my fair share. =)

Hargow, nice to see you on here again! =) But I think you have your "Q's" mixed up. Quality has stayed the same or has gone down while quantity has probably gone up because of the economy. There is a really serious inter-venous drug problem here.

The above scene reminds me of a couple of working girls in the late 80's (1988?) who sat at the corner of 42nd and Sandy just about every evening and played the flute. I don't know if any of you remember this. Anyway, the flute was just a prop because it was not illegal for someone to play a musical instrument on a street corner. In fact, it is quite common in Oregon. When one girl was jumping in the car to go on a "date" she would leave the instrument with the other girl. The idea is quite brilliant.

Fast forward to today (2/13) at about 4:15 this afternoon. Here we see Janquile (Janqanne or whatever her name is. I know it has a "Q" in her name). Anyway, here she is walking with a dog employing a similar fantastic strategy. I think this is brilliant.

I saw one not very pretty older new near the new 7-11. She was watching traffic. Making eye contact.

Interesting story about a pimp who got life in prison for pimping out girls.

This woman's name is Donna Marie [something] but goes by the street handle 'Lisa'. She hangs out near the McDonalds on 82 and Stark. She gets into the vehicle with a price list. I believe she asked for 30 for BJ, or 100 to go back to her residence on 115th near the hospital near Mall 205. When you tell her you aren't interested she demands cash, she tells you that her pimp is nearby and starts pulling her hair out and throwing it on you and all over your vehicle and tells you she is going to call the police and report 'attempted rape'. Years ago I used to know a woman that I believe may be her. She lived right down that street (Lambert) about a block or two from 82nd. Anyway, I had her digits and would just go right to her house. Probably saw her over 50 times over the years. About 5 years ago, her phone quit working, and the house went empty. If its her, she's put a few pounds on, but it sure looks like her. Many of these women seem to gravitate at the nearby Don Ron Motel. I have dropped off several passengers at this dive and also the nearby "Sting Tavern".

Several months ago she was just walking in the area and not making any eye contact, didn't really pay attention to her surroundings, so I never paid any attention; but the last few times I have seen her she is more aggressive and trying to get picked up.
