This was a map I found of the precincts. It's a bit hard to read, since you can't zoom in, and see most streets. But, it provides a rough idea.

As an aside, Jason Millier is a real pice of work, as he has a real stack of hypocrisy and "errors in judgement" to atone for while professing to be a christian conservative. In many courts the extreme detai he was forced to testify to, would never had made it into most court rooms. Was enough to get him to admit to being unfaithful. Many courts these days are extremely politically motivated. One side's dragged through the gutter; the other side, gets full immunity, with no testimony required, no rolling over on someone higher, just blanket immunity.
