TEWKSBURY, MASS. (WHDH) - A Tewksbury woman is facing charges for allegedly running a prostitution ring inside a therapy center.

Detectives conducting a nine-month investigation into sex trafficking and prostitution at TCM Therapy Center on Main Street arrested 34-year-old X***** O* on Thursday following a search of the business and O*’s home, according to Tewksbury police.

She is set to be arraigned Friday in Lowell District Court on charges of trafficking a person for sexual servitude, keeping a house of prostitution and deriving support from prostitution.

The fact of the matter is the owners must be threatened or there lives are at stake. There's hundreds of thousands of dollars going around and being collected. So even though they know an undercover or Ci can walk in at any moment it doesn't matter. They made as much money as they could cops barely got any of it. By the time that one closes another one opens. At the end of the day.

Quite a few women are taken advantage and the owners are expendable. The people in Norwell are practically elderly.
