He invests maybe an hour of his time and 30 dollars. Then does nothing. Checks his cashapp accounts occasionally and is pleased to see 20 dollars here 50 dollars there. Maybe after a year he has 200 maybe 2000. Just profit after that initial investment. Just like the people checking the payphones he makes enough to make the effort worthwhile. Just my guess.
