Made monthly, and sometimes semi-monthly on Tuesday around 1. I typically visit the same spots: Jewel Box, new bartender, one girl (the same one as 2 weeks ago); Circus, 6-8 girls, some possibilities for later; Red Room, a couple of definites; Flamingo, 10 girls with 2 talking my type of language; Plaza, some new talent, again 2 definites, the new bartender is worth looking at. Didn't take care of my problem, but had a good time.

As it happens, I am likely to be in baltimore on Christmas. I just wondered if anyone knows whether the bars on the block are going to be open Christmas evening? Thanks in advance for your help.
Historically you will find about 1/2 of the bars open on the block x-mas night.

It was a from me - to me present.
True a bunch of the places are closed, but the ones that are open are generally in a decent mood and I had a good time whenever I did it.
I only stopped because family scheduling got complicated.

I have stopped by the Block(TM) on christmases and New Years in the recent past. Usually worse than mediocre at best. I suspect this year will be a new low. The Block(TM) is just a shadow of its former self. Recent trips there have resulted in me leaving within a 1/2 hour of arrving. Pretty much zero talent, and you just can't have the "at the bar" fun that you used to be able to have.

Stumbled across this great thread a few months ago while looking for a change of pace from my usual escort pursuits. Made it into Bmore about 10PM and needed a burger before hitting he first club. All the fast food joints on the west end of US40 were closed so I headed for the McDonolds past the hospital. Those who watch auto racing are probably familiar with the name. Apparently that is good news as to hot chicks working, although working on Thanksgiving implies a serious drug problem. (just how I see it). Do you recall the stage name? It's not even related to the day of week. I've seen hot girls during the week, and low quality ones on weekends. If they can obtain consistency, this may be a fun place.
I hope the management takes the advice from this board and makes some positive changes. I always had a good time there and look forward to many more. The old $2 for the juke box follow up is how the girls say "bye" around there. It's just as bad on The Block. It's especially helpful in the clubs that allow working girls who aren't actually working(one being named recently). It also works when the clubs are slow. The girls will either continue dancing or stop, and you have time to size them up before you opt for a dance, or take the 4 bucks down the street and get a beer and check out another option.
