We are a forum of people where your credibility is linked to your username, and if you're constantly providing valuable and reliable info then you'd want to have all of it in one location so people know the quality of your brand so to speak.

Using sockpuppets, especially a couple different ones, is definitely a MAJOR red flag. A violation. Why would anyone dilute their reputation if you only have valid and valuable information to provide without an agenda or hidden motive?

That it's being done so obviously makes me wonder if specific other usernames are the same person too? To have this many sockpuppets makes me question everything I read here from every username, so it reduces the value and credibility of all our posts. The practice should be banned, and the people doing it should be banished.
