This is a classic electronic payment scam. The ads usually feature a TGTBT chick with a flawless body. They make you drive to a random location. Once parked, they will make you CashApp, PayPal, or Gift Card 50% of the agreed donation before they "come out to meet you and take you back to their incall for all the fun". The most frequent excuses they make are "they were busted last week by LE so do this just to be sure you ain't a cop", or "they don't take cash anymore because a monger passed fake bills last week. " Obviously this scam works otherwise they wouldn't be popping up like mushrooms all over the net.
