The kind of women Todd Cincy is willing to see are NOT going to negotiate. At his desired quality level, 400 is the minimum and 500 is more the current norm. Of course, there are women who are happy to negotiate. They are street walkers, addicts or homeless. Some are just plain gross and have to discount to get any customers.
