There are no way to reduce risks in BBFS. Probably go on Prep, you have to take a pill every day and it costs money. I don't think anyone should pop Antibiotics after a session as a precaution for syphylis, Gonerea or any other diseases. There's also a risk of herpes 2.

Taking a pill everyday sounds costly. I have sex once a weekend. Do I still need to take pill everyday. Are there any programs which can help reduce cost of pill?
