Outside of West before they open and there's a suspicious looking white pickup at a meter. Parking enforcement didn't even pause to give them a ticket, even though the meter is expired, and the truck has flashing strobes on the brake and reverse lights. I wanted to see what kind of girls walk in when they open, but I don't think I'll be going in today.

If any of the MPs along that stretch were going to get busted, it would've happened a million times by now. You're good.
