Like I had said before, apartment is no different than other businesses. Why do business and first class people get to board the plane first. Why do some hotel reward members get to check out as late as 3 pm. Same concept. Businesses segment their clients.

These incidents weren't acts of God, but the results of selfish decisions made against the interests of yours truly. I've gotten bumped at massage parlors when I've had a reservation, but it's pretty rare. Rush jobs are not, unfortunately.
