Last night around 9 pm, there was a police car in the Hiya parking lot. The officer was out of his car and talking to a guy next to another vehicle. Driving by, I couldn't tell if this was just a traffic stop or if it was police talking to a monger, but there were no blue lights on.

Took a trip to NHS and drew Candy. Late 30's early 40's by my guess, just over 5 ft, pretty face, nice Bs and a small but curvy ass.
